To guarantee consistent, high-quality results, we work exclusively with high-quality injection moulding machines. Our machinery can process products with a unit weight of up to 500 grams, depending on the chosen raw material.
Thanks to extensive automation, including the use of robots, we can produce efficiently and achieve short lead times. In addition, we offer a range of post-processing services to finish products entirely to your specifications.
For hybrid applications, metal inserts and fittings can also be manufactured in-house by our own metalworking department.
Finally, we can also provide printing services for finished products, so you can count on us for a total solution from production through to finishing.
Wide range of raw materials
For each product, we select the most suitable raw material in close consultation with the customer, based on the functional and technical requirements. We process materials including PP, PA, POM, ASA, TPR, ABS, PBT, PS and various other plastics.
In addition, we can add additives and colourants to further optimise specific properties such as strength, flexibility, wear resistance, UV resistance, colour and finish.
We work exclusively with reputable raw material suppliers and maintain a large stock of materials. This enables us not only to guarantee consistent quality, but also availability and price stability.
